vipvip Terms and Conditions

1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the vipvip platform ("we", "our", "vipvip") and any user ("you", "User") who uses the vipvip.cam website or related services.

1.2 Scope of the Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all vipvip services, including:

• Online slots, casino games and live casino
• Cricket, football and other sports betting
• Ludo, baccarat and other board games
• Bonuses, promotions and VIP program
• Deposit and withdrawal services

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and play any game on vipvip, the user must be at least 21 years old. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. We may request a government-issued ID at any time for age verification.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be suspended or closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3.1 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

3.3 KYC Verification

• Proof of bank account or mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) number verification
• Proof of address document

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vipvip currently supports the following payment methods:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfer

All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Minimum Deposit Limit

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Deposit requests below the minimum limit will be automatically rejected.

4.3 Deposit Processing

In most cases, deposits are added to the account instantly. Bank transfers may take some additional time. If any deposit is not reflected in time, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Limit

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, if KYC verification is ongoing or additional security review is required, processing may take longer.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal is approved:

• The account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• Wagering requirements related to any bonus must be fulfilled.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

vipvip offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → bonus ৳1,000 → total balance ৳2,000
• ৳32,000 deposit → bonus ৳15,000 → total balance ৳47,000

The bonus amount will never exceed ৳15,000, regardless of how large the deposit is.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 25x wagering requirement must be fulfilled. That means you must place bets equal to 25 times the bonus amount received before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may come with its own terms and conditions — please read the specific terms before accepting an offer.
• The same person or multiple members of the same household may not claim a specific bonus offer more than once.
• The outcome of bets placed with bonus funds is at vipvip's discretion.
• Bonus offers are valid for a limited time — unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• vipvip reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse or fraud is suspected.

6.4 VIP Program

The vipvip VIP program has three tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze tier: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver tier: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold tier: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers based on their activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback is provided subject to applicable terms and conditions.

7.1 Fair Play Guarantee

vipvip is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes in all games. The games on our platform are operated under the supervision of reputable game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt and Ezugi.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a bet is cancelled or the result is uncertain due to a technical error or software issue during gameplay:

9.1 Strictly Prohibited

• Misuse of bonus terms or bonus fraud (Bonus Abuse)
• Operating multiple accounts
• Using a third party's funds or payment methods
• Money laundering or illegal transactions

• Colluding with other users to cheat (Collusion)
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Betting on behalf of minors or committing identity fraud

9.2 Disciplinary Actions

If you are found engaging in any of the prohibited activities above, vipvip reserves the right to take the following actions:

• Temporarily or permanently closing the account
• Forfeiting the balance and any winnings
• Cancelling any active bonuses
• Taking legal action where applicable
